How to uninstall DBConvert or DBSync tool?

Please follow the steps below to uninstall DBConvert products from your computer:

     A) Login to Windows as a user with Administrative account.

Note: Before, please make sure that all Scheduled tasks are finished their work in the background.

     B) Uninstall DBConvert tool via Windows Control Panel

Use the following instructions for your version of Windows:

Windows XP, Vista and 7

1. Go to Start menu and there select Control Panel option.
   Note: Alternately, If you don’t see Control Panel in the Start menu, select Settings at first.
2. Click Programs and Features  (or Add or Remove Programs in Windows XP).
3. Select the needed DBConvert tool in the list of programs.
4. Click the Uninstall or Change/Remove button.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the uninstall process.

Windows 8

1. Click the Down arrow on your Start Screen to view all of the apps installed on your computer .
2. Right-click on your DBConvert tool on the Apps screen.
3. Click Uninstall on the bottom menu bar.
4. Select the needed DBConvert tool in the list of programs.
5. Click the Uninstall or Change/Remove button.
6. Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the removal.

    C) In case the uninstall process failed, please create a ticket to inform us about this problem.
