Is it necessary to have MS Access installed for proper working of your tools?

If you don't have Microsoft Access installed on your computer it would be enough to install either

Microsoft Access 2010 Runtime

 or 

Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable

When Access2016/Office365 is installed our tool requires Access 2013-Runtime to be installed.
