How to change data types for Target DB?

Have a look at  ‘Field mapping'  feature on Customization stage. You can change data types here according your needs.

DBConvert tools are also equipped with GLOBAL MAPPING feature where you can specify data types for all fields at once. This way you don't need to crawl through each filed inside the database.
