Why a software shows 'wait a moment' message and nothing happens after successful connection to Source / Target Databases?

The reason why it happens is a very complex db structure. You should give the program some time (5-10 min) to analyze db structure before its coming to destination. It is normal.

Usually, it happens when db contains a lot of Foreign Keys among numerous tables.

Try to wait some time.
