The most possible reason is that IBM Data Server Client is not installed on the machine where our DBConvert or DBSync tool is running.
1. Please download IBM Data Server Client at
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21385217
2. Select 32bit or 64bit version of IBM Data Server Runtime Client. The version of IBM Data Server Runtime Client should be corresponding to the bit-mode of Windows OS where our tool is installed.
